Security
AMERIGO Online offers a suite of maintenance programs

named users can be allowed into the e-store with complete

the full implementation of price lists. Customers to
your e-store will only be able to see those products
on their price lists so these may be restricted to as
many or as few products as you wish. Each customer is
only presented with their individual prices for the
goods on offer, which is controlled by user login. AMERIGO
Online also adheres to discounting structures allowing
discount percentages or amounts to be deducted from
prices as well as setting up of special prices. All
these are available on a 'customer by product' basis.
Order creation
AMERIGO Online offers full business management application
integration so that orders submitted on the website
create bona fide orders. Standard business rules are
then followed to despatch goods. Optionally, an e-mail
can be sent to the customer confirming order placement
and reference number. An e-mail can also be sent to
your supplier if required.
Receipt of order via the Web is only part
of the story for any business - an e-business then has
to automate its supply chain. The Panacea
Warehouse Management module is available to
help you do just that.
Search facilities are also offered to
ensure your customers can find the product they require
simply and easily. Orders are also credit verified.

to use order entry screen excluding graphics or a more
comprehensive order entry screen displaying appealing
product graphics. Order status enquiries are also available

Product maintenance
AMERIGO Online enables you to easily take your business
product catalogue to the Web. Your product catalogue
is easily maintainable and updateable by authorised
users. All added products, updated product descriptions
or prices are reflected onto your Website immediately.
