Eleanor Matthews, Biker Chick
Most at Panacea would know Ellie as the dare devil biker chick but you may know her as Accounts Supervisor.
Ellie has put her adrenaline addiction to good use over the last few years by completing various sponsored events. She has abseiled from Guys Tower and Canary Wharf in aid of cancer research, she has bungeed at the festival of hope for children’s Leukaemia and last year completed a 12,000ft skydive in aid of Naomi House, raising a tremendous £250 for the local charity.
Being brought up mainly on yachts Ellie is an experienced sailor; having spent most of her childhood sailing around France she has become almost fluent in French. As well as French she has also picked up a lot of German and wishes to further her bilingual horizons by learning an additional 3 languages.
Ellie’s main love is motorbikes, as a teenager her bedroom walls were plastered with pictures of bikes as opposed to the normal boy band posters! She is currently on her 4th bike, a Honda CB500 which she took to France and rode around the Pyrenees and Black Mountains last summer.
Ellie has been working at Panacea for 6 years, starting as purchase ledger and working her way up to her current position of Accounts Supervisor. She has been studying for 5 years to become qualified for the Association of Accounting Technicians and is a part qualified accountant with the aim of now studying further to become a fully qualified chartered accountant.
